The Spookiest Time of the Year

Every year when October 31 comes around, many families celebrate the holiday with many a typical festive activity. Some have costume parties, some give out to or go seek out candy from their neighbors and some just watch scary/horror movies. For the family of William and Jennifer Smith, they go out and buy costumes for their offspring (which eventually total four), watch horror movies and take the kids trick-or-treating every year covering the period of 2020-29.
