The Sock Keeper

A charming and mysterious story that cleverly explains how our socks have been disappearing from our houses all this time. The main character, Hubert, who is constantly scolded for not picking up his socks and putting them in the proper place, discovers that there is someone else responsible for what he is being scolded about. He and his best friend, Andrew are determined to finally get to the bottom of the mystery and uncover who and why this character has been stealing the family's socks that are irresponsibly left behind. Little do they know that once they finalize their mission they also uncover a heart-warming secret that will involve them into a much bigger and important mission for the rest of their lives. Perfect reading for young kids or for older toddlers to hear. This book also explains in a nice way that not all noises that come from the closet are bad things, and also it teaches children the notion of recycling, compassion and being part of something to help out others.
