The Rooftop Club

This is the first adventure of a series that will follow The Rooftop Club. The members have to deal with the bullies of their school. What will happen to the members of the rooftop club?

The Rooftop Club included Sheila, Lulu, Domanique, and myself and no one bothered us for one reason and one reason only; we stuck together like glue. The reason we called ourselves the rooftop club was because every afternoon we would walk home together, do our homework and chores, and then would have our 4:00 meeting on the rooftop of our building.

To the outside world, we were just ordinary kids. To all of us we were The Rooftop Club, and this was our safe haven from the world. The place where we didn't have to be hard, put on a front, and defend ourselves.Here we were anything and anybody that we imagined. We could pretend to be lawyers, doctors, run a restaurant or a rodeo. We could just be kids. We are The Rooftop Club.
