The Rancher

Follow the journeys of the Gentrys of Montana as they face the hardest times of their lives while finding love in the most unusual ways. Grant Gentry and his youngest brother Lincoln, are attacked on their way back from a cattle drive. He wakes up a few miles from home being cared for by two elderly sisters and beautiful Julia Cutler, a young woman they've taken in. His goal becomes to get better and find his brother; this is not the time to find love. Emerson Gentry has he hands full, not only is his youngest brother an outlaw, he's also the lone lawman for Rutgers Ridge. When a schoolteacher arrives with her pretty sister, Maddie Conner in tow, he is drawn into a yet another type of conflict. This one involves his heart. Linc Gentry has to find the man who killed his ranch hands and set him up or face the hangman's noose. Unfortunately the trail leads right back to Virginia City where his brother, the town's Marshall, will be forced to arrest him. When he hides in the abandoned schoolhouse, the last thing he expects is that a new teacher, Jane Conner, a lovely woman, has arrived.
