The Ranch Girls at Boarding School

The Ranch Girls at Boarding School is the third book in the nine-volume series. Three of the four main characters are in a New York boarding school. Jacqueline, or Jack, as she is called, is in the hospital. A primary thread in the book is Olilie, who the girls insist on calling Olive. In the first volume, she was found in the wilderness, running away from the old Indian woman who was raising her. That is all we have been told so far about Olive. Will we learn more about who she is and how she came into the care of the old woman? In addition, however, some of the girls are approaching the end of their teen years, and the rest are halfway through. They are faced with the influences and challenges faced by everyone who grows up. Frieda, the youngest at 15 has discovered the fun and dangers of spending money!
