In the aftermath of Site Four, the members of Achilles Heel Inc have come under close scrutiny from the FBI, CIA, SIS, and the seven most powerful men in Britain - the Puppet-Masters. Everybody wants something: the FBI wants Achilles Heel to testify before a Grand Jury; the CIA still want their prize infiltrator back; the Puppet-Masters want to force Morgan the assassin out of retirement, to be a pawn in their game of death.
