About This Book

In 1997, just before Princess Diana was killed in Paris, five people attended a party with her in London. Now they're being killed and their deaths made to look like accidents. Why? It's up to one of the guests that fateful night, her ex lover, an American war photographer called Terry Dene, to stay alive long enough to find out the truth. On the journey he meets Happy Toes, a teenage drug addict whom he rescues from a sordid and violent death. He also meets Major Sollis, a sadistic SAS veteran who will stop at nothing to kill him. He was the one in the tunnel in Paris who killed Diana by shining a laser into her chauffeur's eyes. It was a car crash that changed history. The story also centers on two people, both at the party. He frightened of commitment, she of rejection, different emotional states but with the same symptoms. It takes you to the heart of the Monarchy and the British establishment and into the realm of the world's richest man, someone no one has ever said no to before and they're not about to start now. It's also about a Princess who, when she signed her marriage certificate, also signed her own death warrant! As the chase hots up it presents Terry with a terrible human dilemma, do you save the woman you love even if she is your enemy? He has his own demons too, demons he finally lays to rest in an act of shocking violence.
