The Price of Fame

The peace of winter is just settling over Acorn Hill when a movie crew arrives to scout locations for an upcoming film. The director wants to use Grace Chapel in the shoot, and the idea of seeing their small town on the big screen pulls the locals out of their winter doldrums and into Hollywood hysteria. While some residents are thrilled about the exposure, others are less certain about the disruption. Can the town keep from becoming starstruck long enough to make a wise decision? And when Jane is offered a spot on a nationally syndicated cooking show, Alice and Louise face the lure of fame from behind the scenes. With movie magic in the air, Acorn Hill will have to decide if the price of fame is worth paying.
