When tragedy strikes and Brianna's friend and landlady dies, she has to cope with moving and the woman's three nephews who have inherited her home. However, their aunt's will stipulates Brianna can remain in the carriage house. She soon finds that her new landlords, Nick, Toby, and Teddy have more to offer than just a place to live.
