The People in the Sky

When a frantic woman bursts into police headquarters one day claiming her ex-husband has taken their seven-year-old son with plans to harm him, Wichita Falls detectives Horace Brown and partner Randy Miller set out to find the two before it's too late. They are successful in locating the child's father but he is alone, and his tale of the boy's whereabouts sounds like something straight out of a popular sci-fi movie. Brown and Miller soon discover the path to the truth is a crooked trail that eventually has the detectives questioning not only their judgement but their sanity as well.
