Cancer patients from St. Matt's Hospital are turning up dead all over lower Manhattan and a rogue pain management specialist is suspected. A ruthless financial adviser known as The Sommelier, with a taste for the high life, scams St. Matt's Hospital out of millions of dollars by playing three card monte with their investments. Brought to the point of ruination, the hospital administration takes desperate measures to recover their losses. These events trigger violent reprisals involving life and death. With the help of friends, John Cesari decides to take action. New Jersey will never be the same after Cesari comes to town.
