The One Who Wishes First

It was the book that caught Billy's interest. He had bought it at the library sale, an old unwanted book, its cover scuffed and worn, but it was about a real vampire. It was the best kind of book to have… or so he thought. No one believes in that stuff anymore his friend said, you're lost in the genre said another. He knew he was right, the book mentioned a crypt, an underground chamber where the vampire still lay, trapped in her coffin, surrounded by gold coins. Unfortunately for Billy, the book didn't reveal everything. No one told him a wish would be involved. No one told his friends… especially AAlis who was the first one to enter it.
