A contract wife!

Dr. Harry Mason was a man with a mission and a nine-year-old daughter. He needed a wife, and Laurie Michelson seemed just perfect! He'd proposed a marriage of convenience and, to save her family home, Laurie had reluctantly accepted. But her disastrous first marriage had made her wary, and so she had insisted on a temporary contract -- ninety days with an option to buy!

Unfortunately, Laurie had reckoned without Harry's charm and her new stepdaughter's powers of persuasion. Within days she had fallen in love with them both! Now all she had to do was convince Harry to take her on a more permanent basis -- like the next sixty years or so!
