About This Book
This story is a revised and renamed version of The Pregnant Virgin. Richard West is called to investigate the prolonged absence of a number of high school girls. A school principal is missing. A brilliant young clothes designer finds she is having a baby. She cannot understand why. Richard is attacked and disappears. Alex picks up the story. Will she find her husband? Is he dead or alive?
