The Mutants

When the CIA stumbles onto a University study concerning the use of suspected mental abilities, they're interested. After all, it's best to step in and take control of people with such skills while they're young and manageable… for the good of the country. They soon discover however that it's hard to deal with such people when they can see you coming. The CIA soon finds itself out maneuvered and looking foolish which brings in Homeland Security in an attempt to salvage the project. It gets even harder when it turns out they're not only smarter but one step ahead as well… and they've formed a team. Maybe they can handle the situation… maybe they can't.
