The Mists of Adriana - Book I

Adriana has a gift for languages. She was taught as a young girl to listen and learn from other peoples in other languages their secrets. She is hiding from her ex-husband who wants to kill her because she helped to bring down his drug cartel in Venezuela. On the coast of Maine, she feels safe. Adriana's story is told by a man who meets her by chance one cold morning on the rural coast. They find in each other something each lacks. But they both will learn that far too often, when things seem too good to be true, they really are. The Mists of Adriana - Book l combines elements of the contemorary thriller, romance and suspense genres. It is the first of three novels.
