The author of The Hangman's Row Enquiry presents a brand new mystery, as cantankerous spinster Ivy Beasley finds that spending her golden years in the quaint village of Barrington won't be as quiet as she thought.

Ivy hasn't been in assisted living at Springfields for long, and she's already found new friends, formed a detective agency called Enquire Within and solved a murder. Now, as autumn falls, Ivy and her team—Roy, Deidre and Gus—have more mysteries to solve in between card games.
