The Man in the Lake

There's a man floating in the lake and Chief Franks knows who it is. The problem is the County wants in on the investigation. When he assigns Rhonda Phos to guard the grieving widow, all hell breaks loose.

Rhonda went to school with Kitty Reedman, but they certainly didn't run in the same social circle. When an attempt is made on Kitty's life, Rhonda knows she's the one who must keep Kitty safe.
