The Lottery

The Lottery experience An elderly lady checks her lottery ticket at the mall and discovers she has the winning jackpot numbers. Elly is accustomed to spending her day at the mall people watching, having lunch and chatting with friends and strangers, She tucks the ticket into her purse and, telling no one, secretly enjoys it all day. For some of the people she interacts with she makes a mental note to help them with part of her winnings. Twelve people she encounters that day at the mall have life-changing experiences soon after; some good, some bad. The most life-changing experience of the day is reserved for Elly herself.
