The Lives of Evening

Trapped in an icy tomb. Ami woke at a shout from her twin Jun to discover that their rover was encased in ice from an experiment gone wrong. Their new world looked lifeless, between the ice forests that formed every night and the expanse of desert, but danger lurked under the ice-covered sands. If Ami wanted to live long enough to crow her success to everyone back home, they'd better find a way to escape the ice. Otherwise no one would learn of the lives that boiled up out of the sand every evening.
