The Law of Love

Newly divorced, with two college-age children to support and a part-time job as a file clerk, Caroline Faulkner had her hands full before she enrolled in night school! Now, as a first-year law student, she's really overwhelmed -- especially when Professor Daniel Fratelli starts picking on her. Known as "Daniel the Destroyer," the handsome prof with the big chip on his shoulder has cultivated his reputation as an intimidator. His favorite exercise: jumping to conclusions.

But Caroline is determined to prove herself -- especially after he has the nerve to call her a dilettante. Then, somehow, their arguments get too hot for the classroom. They just have to continue their sparring in his car... over dinner... finally, in Caroline's own house. What will the neighbors say when they see Professor Fratelli's car parked in her driveway... all night?
