The Last Time

Lynn Smith was contented with her life at least that is what she led friends and family to believe. But behind closed doors she was terribly lonely. Her life was now patterned and she didn't dare step outside that safe haven. She experienced enough disastrous one-sided relationships and didn't want to go down that road again ever. Anyway she was fifty years old, she had lived her life such as it was and convinced love and happiness was not for her.

Cordell Jackson a retired pro football player was going through a divorce from his much younger wife. His only joy was the two children that had come from the unhealthy marriage. He still had a full life. He coached a semi-pro football team, had a career as an engineer, and at the age of fifty he can boast and claim a full life.
