Surrounded by strong women, Meg Williams is driven to succeed—after all, that's how she ended up being junior class president. Except this year Meg's high school merged with another, and the result? She's forced to share her presidency with Chris Chavez—a cocky athlete/musician/all-around annoyingly perfect guy who also happens to be class president.

Meg did her research on Chris before they met (naturally) and was certain she wasn't going to like him. And she doesn't. At first. The thing is, he has a super-frustrating way of being funny and cute, wearing killer sunglasses, and looking hot in a vintage red convertible, which makes it really hard for Meg to stay focused.

With homecoming happening fast and pranks getting out of control, the rival schools must learn to get along—and Meg and Chris know it starts at the top. Are they prepared to leave their loyalties—and their hearts—on the dance floor?
