The Holder of the Key

Countless legends have been lost to this world, but none greater than those of the Elysian Gifts; a collection of items formed from an impossibly rare substance, said to have the power to change the world. Civilisations rose and fell in their wake, and the hunt for these coveted artefacts has begun anew with the discovery of an indesructible key, an indecipherable language, an ancient seal broken by blood, and a warning from a fallen hero: THEY MUST NEVER COME TOGETHER.

Locke College researcher Adam Thorne finds himself drawn into the search for the mysterious Elysian Gifts, a journey funded by billionaire business magnate Lucius Hart. Adam and his team will soon learn that there is a great deal more to these artefacts than what appears on the surface; great powers, secret histories, and ancient conspiracies long forgotten. It begins in an ancient shrine, hidden deep within the Mojave Desert.
