In the future, computers rule the world. The Net Force was formed to protect us from any and all criminal activity on-line. But there is a group of teenage whiz kids who sometimes know more about computers than their adult superiors. They are the Net Force Explorers. They go where no one else can go. And they fight crime like no one else in the world...

The Net Force team has entered a contest—a race against teams from other countries who have designed their own virtual spaceships. At first it seems like a perfect opportunity—meeting new people from exotic places, and gaining worldwide glory for the Net Force!

But one of the teams is from the tyrannical Carpathian Alliance, which has spread its propaganda of racial superiority and armed conflict throughout its regions. And when strange accidents start to befall the other teams, the Carpathians are suspect. They'll do anything to get their hands on new technologies for their country—even murder. It's up to the kids of the Net Force to stop them—before real damage is done....
