Nick comes to the attention of Christopher Marlowe & so begins a partnership that puts Nick at the centre of a ring of actors, writers, spies & power-mongers, in which he must survive. Myrrha Stanford-Smith was born and brought up in Brighton. She studied at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and worked in professional theatre and as a teacher before retiring to the Isle of Anglesey, where she founded Ucheldre Repetory Company. The Great Lie is her first novel.
