Dr. Fabian Drumm and Dr. Clare Westwood are happily planning their wedding, until Fabian's mother tells him his real father isn't the man he called "Dad." Not only that, but Fabian has half siblings in America!

When Fabian visits his new family, they have another secret to reveal -- a secret that jeopardizes Fabian's future with Clare and forces him to change his mind about marriage and children. Only, Fabian finds it impossible to tell Clare the wedding's off -- for one thing, he still wants to marry her, and for another, Clare refuses to give him up!
