The Girl Who Read Hemingway

The Girl Who Read Hemingway is a collection of short fiction pieces. In "The Diner," it is a dark, rainy night and a strange man lingers at a cafe. "Route 9" introduces us to an aging writer with one last shot at success, while "Motel" relates the tale of a couple hiding in an abandoned motel. "A Paragraph on Love" relates the desperate thoughts of a lonely man reflecting on his obsession with a woman, and two lifelong friends go fishing in "The Lake" for the last time.
