The Gifts of Spring

When the normally unflappable Emily Danner loses her cool in the supermarket over the last can of fruit cocktail, she chalks it up to spring fever. There is no other good reason for her overreacting to the handsome stranger at her side. Everyone knows that Emily has no time for romance, her first priority is raising her nephew, Nicky and her second is her career at Woodard Home Furnishings. So when Mr. Handsome tries to make amends, she wisely gives him the brushoff.

The next day Emily feels anything but wise: "Mr. Handsome," aka Simon Woodard, turns out to be the owner's son—and her new boss!
