Trouble is brewing in Switzerland, and Mick Pierce is there. In a high-energy particle accelerator buried deep below the Swiss Alps, American physicists are creating a revolutionary new computer chip. It will destroy all competition, ruin the global economy, neutralize all militaries...and save the world. Fearful, an international cartel hires an operative to stop development of the chip.
