The Fulcrum Effect

Imagine if you would an inventer named Steve Mantooth who has an uncanny knowledge of things scientific and mechanical. He has developed a host of inventions, most notably a revolutionary and controversial hydrogen generator. In the space of one week, Mantooth's business partner is killed, he is bankruped, his office is firebombed, and he is being hunted by both the police and a team of mysterious government agents who operate outside the law and want him dead!
