At the age of forty-one, Tamara, surprisingly enough, is having another baby, when Karen, who swears to marriages without kids, finally is getting out of her fourth abusive relationship. Deede is recovering from her “apple-pie-fight” with her daughter and husband, when Eva to her surprise in her midlife is discovering her sexuality and Rose is struggling whether or not to reveal the truth about her plastic surgery touch-ups. Sandy is forced back to the corporate pantyhose world, while Caroline is getting out of it to train dolphins … and Beth is constantly trying to grasp the bigger picture of our existence.
