The Flight of the Raven

Project Raven begins with a savage I.R.A. attack on an army convoy in Northern England. Soon the action shifts to France, and other major guerrilla organizations are also involved in a vast joint operation that threatens terror on a far greater scale than anything yet conceived. For the police officers seconded to COUNTER-TERROR, Project Raven becomes a priority investigation. As the countdown approaches zero, the action accelerates to the final climax in the skies above a city facing total destruction.
