Frontiersman Cleve Bennet t and his Cheyenne warrior wife fought with a fierce pride for their high mountain freedom. They risked it all, however, to blaze a new trail across the snow-capped Rockies to the California country, where all they found was the enmity of a hate-filled priest—and gold.
