The Eve of Love

Miranda Grey looks forward to her post as tutor companion to Chantale Curtis, attractive ward of Rod Curtis. Chantale is highly strung and insecure after the death of her parents. She thinks her guardian is plotting to kill her and so inherit Spaniard's Keep and her own fortune. Miranda, charmed by both Rod and Keith Curtis, thinks her pupil over-imaginative, until she herself witnesses an accident. But who arranged that 'accident'? Rod? Keith? Or the lovely Deirdre, hopeful of becoming Mistress of Spaniard's Keep?
