The English Photographer

Three English photographers are plunged into a world of corruption and murder on a photographic safari to Tanzania, Africa, when they find themselves pitched against the power brokers of the mining industry which is rapidly destroying the environment and wildlife of the region. In recounting the adventure of the three Englishmen, in a world far removed from their own, the author keeps us in constant suspense as the story carries us at breakneck speed through nature reserves and across the vast African savanna as violence and death follow them wherever they go. The English Photographer, written in a simple expressive style, shows us another side to the frenetic weeks spent there, when one of the men, the main character, falls in love with a mysterious Frenchwoman as they join forces to battle those, who driven by greed, are bent on a path of irreversible destruction.
