About This Book
Joey is a young, sensible dragon, one who observes the world around her, is polite, friendly… but concerned. It seems that her Red Clan feels like they are the only dragons on Dragonia. But their world is so big, and they take up such little space. Suddenly, out of the blue, so to speak, comes a green stranger. She has never imagined a creature just like her who is green. This leads to exploration, a long, long field trip to the Sahara Desert. That seems a long trip for a youngster, but fear not, Mama Dragon, four times Joey's size, is escorting her young daughter both ways. Then, safely home, and grounded for running off on her own, she is mining her own business, and what do you know? A blue dragon shows up. Soon, she is on another long trip, this time to Iceland. Mama sighs, but she knows her inquisitive daughter will not quit until she learns where the dragons are disappearing to, so she follows, up high, keeping careful watch. Everyone seems to know the dragons are in trouble, but only Joey seems to care. Book One will start the adventure, carried through in six books for a surprise ending.Geography, weather, behavior, as well as illustrations, all serve to increase the intelligence of children, and that, more than anything, is the main point of the book series. Teach your children, and your grandchildren to read. It pays dividends over life, a hundredfold…G. Weldon Tucker MS, Psychology #TheStoryteller
