The Disappearing Toys

Toys, toys, toys, all around on the floor. Mom tripped when she came in the door.

Dad had a good idea at once The children should make a box For their toys, not for the socks!

All the playthings were put away, Mom very happy, but would that stay?

Oh,oh, oh, it happened one day The toys could be found Again jumbled on the ground.

Then without a warning, Their things were gone in the morning.

My train, my plane, my dolly Molly, How did they disappear? Mom, Dad, did you hear?

And then so very curiously, An e-mail message appears mysteriously.

What does it say, what does it say? “Promise to be tidy and you will play! Keep the tidy- up rule in your mind,

Then all your playthings you will find!!!!”
