After robbing them, Amina shot sisters Diamond and Princess and left them for dead. She kidnapped Diamond's daughter Leona and fled to New York City with plans to raise her as her own. Amina uses her stolen money and jewels to find success in NYC, opening up her own jewelry store, and she meets the man of her dreams.
