Larry has now decided to join the Alien Federation, now he must convince his wife to do so too. Once he does, he meets all the other planets representatives. From beautiful female humanoids to one alien who resembles a wolfman, he must find his path to fit in. Then a small battle becomes a major war with the Mongrel battleship. The Mongrels are faster, better armed and seem to be destined to win the war. Larry must work with all the aliens and his friend Walter, who his head of the Federation Council to ensure the survival of Earth and the other planets.
