The Collectors Book Five

A project so extraordinary it defies imagination. The German SS withdraw from Greece in the face of the advancing Red Army. Brigadier General Karl Koenig is ordered to assemble three trains in Thessalonica to transport prisoners and looted treasures to Germany. A q-ship resembling a hospital ship commanded by Captain Klinger Baum leaves harbour. As a favour to a friend, The Collectors become interested in the story of the lost trains of Thessalonica. The trains are discovered but the trail leads them to a ship sunk by the Royal Navy near the end of World War II. Petros hires a salvage team to find the wreck. The Cosa Nostra, a criminal syndicate in Sicily, plan to to steal what they recover.
