Mexican drug cartel boss Alexus Costilla is back. After suffering critical injuries in an Indianapolis hotel bombing, Alexus comes out of a coma only to find that the man she loves and cherishes - rap mega star Blake "Bulletface" King - has been cheating on her left and right with his ex girlfriends and a new Atlanta stripper who goes by the name Baddie Barbie. Alexus also learns that the boss of a rival cartel has gone after her mother and children during her hospitalization. While recovering from her injuries and hunting down the rival cartel boss, Alexus is faced with an even bigger problem. She must get her husband back and keep his side chicks away, and she will do it by any means necessary.
