2. Everyone says that if you pet Lucy on Halloween and make a wish, your wish will come true.

Mary-Kate and Ashley join their class on a haunted hayride at Tattooed Cat Farm. Legend says that whoever pets the tattooed cat will get lots of candy on Halloween. But things go haywire when the cat is kidnapped.
