The Case of the Missing Mother

Set in the mid-1990s, The Pride Pack is a group of teenagers who band together to help each other out in a time before teens were equipped with cell phones, when homework was done in a notebook rather than on a laptop, and when gay-straight alliances were nothing but a pipe dream.

Small-town peer pressure and a virulent religious right group at work do not make 16-year-old Rebecca Staley's life easy. She loves both her lesbian mothers, but she is not sure how open she wants to be about them. Then one of them disappears. Once again the Pride Pack springs into action, risking their lives, to solve THE CASE OF THE MISSING MOTHER. As a result, Rebecca discovers what is really valuable in her world.
