The Brigade

This is a collection of five short stories. The first story is Alana's Swing. Alana and Pinky teach Scooter a lesson he won't forget. In Billy and the Witch, Billy sets out to find a friend to play with. Along the way, he encounters a witch. In the third story, the Missing pie, Jody finds out that it doesn't pay to steal. In The Adventure of Farmer Jack, the farmer learns that one dog just isn't enough. And in the last story, The Field House Meets the House Mouse, two mice, Bill and Will, are determined to keep their sister away from the field mouse because she is the only one who can handle the big cat.
