About This Book

I sat with my body as still as possible for ten minutes and paid attention. I felt the energy of which I consist stirring throughout my body. I paid attention and circulated the energy. Periodically, I mentally formulated the question "Who am I?" and thereby temporarily quelled chronic thought, releasing the energy of the mind into circulation and increasing consciousness.

When I sit still, at first nothing happens. As I persist in sitting still, I overcome the desire to fidget. After a few minutes, nothing happens. I persist for several more minutes and then I begin to perceive the energy of which I consist throughout my body. It feels like an electromagnetic energy. It is susceptible to conscious influence. The act of attention circulates this energy, accelerating its oscillation and causing it to expand and rise toward the head.
