The 1776 Soldier

Roxy Stevens has been working for the 1776 Inn as the lead chef for a few years. She loves her job and her employers. This changes when her aunt is killed at the French embassy. Her aunt sent her documents to keep safe. Jacob Adams has quit college in favor of the Army's HVAC apprenticeship program. His brother gives him a bunch of old letters from his ancestor. An old journal is found at the crime scene authored by the woman in the letters. Before long, Jake and Roxy are working with FBI Special Agent Buck Robertson to find the killer and why it links to everyone's past. As they learn secrets of each other, their love grows. Can their love survive a killer determined to kill them?
