Texas Angel

Due to an encanny resemblance to an outlaw named Denham, the Reverand Noah Thorndyke is scheduled to hang at sunrise for a murder he did not commit. Shot during a desperate jailbreak, the bleeding fugitive finds himself in the middle of Angela Isaacs' garden, begging for the schoolmarm's help.

Angela risks her job-and her reputation-to hide this convicted felon from the posse of lawmen now scouring the countryside. Something is his eyes and in his speech, convinces her that this self-proclaimed "innocent pastor" is telling the truth. But, will her faith in this man, like her faith in another man from the past, prove unfounded? Is he deserving of her trust?
