Testing the Waters

In his first-ever e-book publishing, TESTING THE WATERS shares three of Eric Rankin's short stories from his time at Full Sail University. Far From Home starts out the trio of stories which is about a boy who has a run-in with the law after running away from home and finds out that not all police officers are mean. Jumping to the next story, and genre for that matter, The Carnival. This story tells of a couple of two curious boys, Joey and Carter, who look around an abandoned carnival only to find more than just old food and stuffed animals. The last story in this collection, Sly Thief, is about two time-traveling burglars who travel back a hundred years in the past to steal very rare paintings in a Massachusetts museum.
