The Frankenstein monster survives the ending of FRANKENSTEIN LIVES AGAIN! and crosses paths with an evil organization known as OGRE led by the mysterious Mandarin. Meanwhile Dr. Burt Winslow creates a robot to hunt down the Frankenstein monster and stop him once and for all.
